The Dengue IgM ELISA Reagent is an immunoassay kit designed for the qualitative or quantitative detection of the Dengue virus non-structural protein 1 (IgM antigen) in human serum or plasma. This reagent is commonly used for the early diagnosis of dengue infection, as IgM is secreted into the blood during the acute phase of the disease (typically from Day 1 to Day 5–7 after symptom onset).
Intended Use
For in vitro diagnostic detection of Dengue IgM antigen.

Principle
Based on enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) technology.
Uses capture antibodies coated on a microplate to bind Dengue IgM antigen in the sample.
A detection antibody (conjugated with an enzyme, e.g., horseradish peroxidase) binds to the captured IgM, forming a "sandwich" complex.
A colorimetric reaction (using TMB substrate) produces a signal proportional to IgM concentration.
